01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CKD Recharge Bank Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our digital services.

02. Service Description

We provide a digital platform for Mobile Recharges, DTH Renewals, and Utility Bill Payments. While we strive for 100% uptime, service availability depends on third-party telecom operators and banking networks.

03. Transaction Accuracy

Users are responsible for providing the correct Mobile Number, DTH Customer ID, and Operator details. CKD Recharge Bank Service is not liable for successful recharges made to incorrect numbers provided by the user.

Note: Double-check your details before confirming payment. Once a recharge is processed by the operator, it cannot be reversed.

04. Refund & Failed Payments

In the event of a technical failure where money is deducted but the recharge is not successful, a refund will be initiated to the original payment source within 3-5 business days. For manual assistance, contact Chandrakanta Dalei at +91 8249539117.

05. Prohibited Usage

You agree not to use this service for any fraudulent or illegal activities. We reserve the right to block access to users suspected of suspicious transaction patterns.

06. Limitation of Liability

CKD Digital Services shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from network delays, operator downtime, or incorrect user input.
